Morocco is a land of stark contrast. Opulent wealth and luxury to remote 'hand to mouth' living with exceptional hospitality and unrivalled friendliness. The terrain is equally stark with lush green valleys in the Ourika to dry, barren - almost lifeless desserts in the south.
This amazing country has so much to offer - And what better way to explore it than on a gravel bike!?

There are fantastic locations all over the world. What sets this area apart from the others is the incredible variety of terrain in such a close proximity. The food, local people and culture will make you fall in love with Morocco. The villages are strewn in the most seemingly random places, and most have mountain top forts overlooking which are well worth a visit!
A now peaceful nation with a turbulent history is changing and modernising quickly but the traditions and old way of life is still very prevalent when you leave the bigger towns and cities. Signs of its past can be seen wherever you look and this is one of the amazing features of this magical land. So close to Europe (and in many ways, part of it!) but a different world altogether.
